Two articles to bookmark, if you're pregnant or interested in birth...

I am endlessly fascinated and inspired by this interview in New York Magazine with two women (married to each other) who ended up pregnant at the same time by surprise. They experienced pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding so differently, and supported each other through each event with compassion. What a feat. 

I keep coming back to this blog post on Breaking Muscle about the importance and mechanics of THE SQUAT. It's straightforward, realistic and on point. If you're interested in taking good care of your pelvic floor consider developing a squatting practice rather than a kegel practice. Yoga can definitely help prep your body for a good squat. Just sayin'
